About the Platform

Artifex Dei is a platform that enables sacred artists to present their authentic handcrafted works. The platform is not a marketplace — orders and inquiries happen directly between visitors and artists.

Conditions for Artists

By registering as an artist, you confirm and commit to the following:

• —All displayed works are exclusively your original handcrafted works
• —No work has been generated, modified, or enhanced with artificial intelligence tools
• —You hold all copyright and moral rights to displayed works
• —Profile information is accurate and up to date
• —You will not misuse the platform or undermine its sacred character

Moderation and Verification

Every newly joined profile is manually reviewed by our team before becoming publicly visible. We reserve the right to reject or remove profiles that do not meet platform criteria, without obligation to provide reasons.

Intellectual Property

Each artist retains all copyright to their displayed works. By registering on the platform, you grant Artifex Dei the right to display your works and profile for platform promotion (e.g. social media or printed materials). This right can be withdrawn by deleting your account.

Limitation of Liability

Artifex Dei is not a party to transactions between visitors and artists. The platform bears no responsibility for user-posted content, quality or delivery of physical orders, or any disputes arising between users.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
